Minimum 0.7μV resolution: Thermocouple simulator
Can output low voltage accurately with high resolution, perfect for thermocouple simulation!
The PXI millivolt thermocouple simulator module from Pickering Interfaces is ideal for simulating thermocouples that can accurately output voltages for 32, 24, 16, or 8 channels. It can also be used for sensor emulation in ECU testing. The channels can operate in one of three voltage ranges (±20mV with a resolution of 0.7μV, ±50mV with a resolution of 1.7μV, or ±100mV with a resolution of 3.3μV) to cover various types of thermocouples. Even in the presence of common mode noise in the system, it uses a two-wire output for the reference sensor of the remote output to provide accurate voltage. Additionally, each simulation channel can be set to an open circuit to simulate sensor wiring failures. To enhance accuracy, each channel of the low voltage source records precise calibration data in the module. It also includes a calibration multiplexer for testing and verification purposes. We also offer dedicated cables for connecting the thermocouple simulator to the test system.
